In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions ensures that both the platform and its players operate under a shared and unambiguous understanding of the rules that govern their relationship.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to "writing" includes communication via the platform's live chat and email support channels.

Access to and use of the 7j78 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 7j78 takes these requirements seriously and enforces them through both automated screening and manual KYC verification procedures.

Providing false, misleading, or outdated registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

Account Security

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for 7j78's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the bonus percentage, minimum deposit threshold, and Wagering Requirement published on the active promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed more than once per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Bonus Expiry

Bonus Abuse

7j78 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, collusion between multiple accounts to trigger referral or multi-account bonuses, use of prohibited software to exploit bonus mechanics, or claiming bonuses with the intention of withdrawing immediately without genuine play activity. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with 7j78 and will be made in good faith with reference to the specific patterns observed.

All games and betting markets available on 7j78 are governed by the rules of the respective game studio or sportsbook provider, as displayed within the game interface or market description. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game or market before wagering. The following general principles apply across all 7j78 gaming and betting activity.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, international football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 7j78 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules. In-play bets accepted after an event result has been determined due to a technical delay will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7j78 platform. Breach of any prohibition listed in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and potential legal action where applicable.

7j78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so in accordance with these Terms. The following circumstances may result in Account action.

Suspension for Investigation

An Account may be temporarily suspended where 7j78 requires additional time to investigate a potential breach of these Terms, an unusual transaction pattern, a KYC discrepancy, or a complaint from a third party. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw. 7j78 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected investigation timeline where it is operationally safe to do so.

Permanent Closure for Breach

An Account will be permanently closed where 7j78 determines, following investigation, that the Player has materially breached these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage access, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering, or use of prohibited software. Upon permanent closure for breach, all Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified payment source only after AML clearance and only where the Player has not benefited from fraudulent activity during the Account's operation.

Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 7j78 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. Active bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently from within the Account's responsible gaming dashboard. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 7j78 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 7j78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7j78's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their 7j78 Account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7j78 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. 7j78 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods via platform notifications where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7j78's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any wager is uncertain. 7j78 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform in accordance with the rules set out herein. You accept full personal responsibility for your wagering decisions.

7j78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be necessary to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's product offering, changes to payment processing partners, or improvements to the clarity and fairness of the rules governing the Player-platform relationship.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 7j78 will notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account and via a prominent notification displayed upon their next login to the platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 7j78 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money balance before the effective date of the amendment.

7j78 will retain an archive of prior versions of these Terms, which may be requested from the support team by any Player who wishes to review the evolution of the document. The current version of these Terms — including the effective date — is always the governing document for all active Players.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable in the context of the Bangladesh market.
